I like unassuming store fronts like Toto's. Place like this appear to focus more on traditional, family passed recipes rather than trying to be new and modern.

Setting: In a quiet plaza with nothing really appealing to me around it. The parking lot was fairly empty when we got here. When we walked in there was a few places to sit and eat but I would probably take my food to go.

Food: They had several Filipino meat delicacies that looked delicious, but we were just stopping by to pick up fried chicken skins.

Fried Chicken Skins: I believe it was like $12-13 for a pound? Which was a lot. The individual chicken skin pieces are huge, I thought they were pig ears at first. It was great eating fresh as I like mine with some crunchiness and some faint chewiness from the skin. Saltiness wasn't too bad.

Overall: The restaurant appears to serve some foods that I would love to try next time. Fried chicken skins were huge and satisfying especially when you ate them right away. My friend says to get the calamari which was all gone when we went.

Went here on Thanksgiving day to pick up a pre-order. They had it ready when I got there. We got pork liempo, which they do offer to chop. We also got boneless grilled bangus. Both were good and I highly recommend. Don't forget to ask for sauce! They make good sauce! Parking can be tight too.

I've been coming here for many years and I have to say, they have improved throughout the years. Recently, we got the grilled fish and lechon for a party. It was delicious. The fish was stuffed with onions and tomato. It was grilled and seasoned  perfectly. The lechon was so good. The lechon was seasoned so well that I could not stop eating it. It was even more delicious when I cooked it on a nonstick pan the following day. The lechon didn't need any sauce, but other people put sauce and said it was delicious. In the past, I have had the chicken, fried chicken skin, chicharron bulaklak, fried squid and these little fried fish (can't remember what it's called). Yes, they have a lot of fried food so one should not come daily. However, when you're craving fried food, go to Toto's!

The lechon is great, but the woman working there today left a bad taste in my mouth. She was very unwelcoming, and when I asked about a dish they had on display, she looked so incredibly annoyed, like I'd insulted her family or something. I'll probably find another restaurant for my lechon cravings. It's too bad, since Toto's used to be my go-to.

Way too good. Zebuchon, the cebu style pork belly will oblitirate your face, and your cholesterol. Crunchy skin, savory garlicky pork and a nice amount of fat, it's impeccable. Ive always said, white people don't know how to cook pork, they just chop some chop and pan fry, fools, this is the only way one should consume this noble creature. Spit roasted over charcoal as it's cavity is stuffed with garlic, lemon grass and other herby goodness. I also got a bottle of their homemade spicy vinegar, a must for any home. Their pork bbq on a stick is wonderful too. This place is incredible. Ive had the chicken skin before and it's marvelous too...just can't induldge too much, my fat heart can only take so much.
